Tripp Pomeroy, Founder/President. Tripp is a co-owner and the CEO of Café Campesino Inc. in Americus, GA and Sweetwater Organic Coffee in Gainesville, Florida. He has more than 20 years of international management, development and business experience and is fluent in Spanish. Tripp has been working with small scale coffee farmer cooperatives and their communities since 2004.
Nema Etheridge, Vice President. Nema is the Director of Marketing for Café Campesino Inc. and Sweetwater Organic Coffee. She has over 10 years of experience in project management, sales and marketing, and communications. Nema has worked with small-scale coffee farmer cooperatives since 2008 and is fluent in Spanish.
Bill Harris, Secretary. Bill is the founder and CFO of Café Campesino Inc, Georgia’s first and only 100% fair trade organic coffee company. He is also the founder of Cooperative Coffees, a green coffee importing cooperative committed to supporting and partnering with small-scale coffee farmers and their exporting cooperatives. Bill has over 25 international finance, management, and executive level experience.
Brian Condra, Treasurer. Brian is the former manager of Sweetwater Organic Coffee in Gainesville, Florida. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration with a focus in Management and a Minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida. Brian has several years of experience as a production supervisor for a number of small companies as well as for Starbucks at two of it’s high-volume locations.
